Welcome to the Business Strategy & Consulting Division of SIM
At SIM – Structured Improvement Movement, we guide visionaries, changemakers, educators, and entrepreneurs to transform lived experience into operational excellence. Whether you're a neurodivergent creator launching a passion-led startup or a grassroots organization ready to scale digitally — we architect systems that are soul-aligned, sustainable, and scalable.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all business models. We believe in structures that are conscious, culturally intelligent, and purpose-rooted. Our approach blends real-world operational strategy, inner work, and ethical entrepreneurship — designed to help individuals and organizations move from confusion to clarity, from burnout to blueprint.
What makes SIM unique is that our work is rooted in lived experience, system design, and spiritual alignment, not abstract theory. Every framework we offer has been applied, tested, and born from necessity — not textbook case studies.

Founder – SIM | Business Systems Strategist | Certified Career & Entrepreneurship Coach | Quantum Consciousness Coach | Neurodiversity Management Specialist
Born in Jordan and raised across multicultural settings, Ra’ana brings a globally attuned lens to her work. With over two decades of cross-sector experience, Ra’ana Khan brings strategic clarity, operational design, and trauma-informed coaching to SIM’s Business Strategy & Consulting division. She is a certified Entrepreneurship & Business Coach and Career Coach (accredited by Transformation Academy) and holds a Distinction in her Master’s in Education from Leeds Beckett University.
Her background includes developing auditable treasury systems for NGO operations that are still in use across multiple cities in Pakistan, leading the digitization of grassroots education models, and managing large-scale, fully remote projects with cross-functional teams. In one such project, Ra’ana built and trained a multi-group team — fully remotely — to convert, systematize, and proofread a five-volume English Tafseer, culminating in the successful launch of a 3,000+ page website (English-Tafseer.com) within four months. She independently learned Adobe Dreamweaver during this process to develop the website herself.
Ra’ana has also served as a Research Associate at the Lahore School of Economics (LSE), contributing to academic studies on online learning and emotional engagement, and has authored Falling in Love with Islam: Handbook 1, a simplified resource promoting accessible Islamic education.
Known for her systems thinking and integrative approach, Ra’ana combines business strategy, consciousness coaching, and neurodiversity management to help clients design scalable, purpose-driven structures. Her work bridges the gap between vision and execution, empowering organizations to build sustainable solutions that are both operationally sound and human-centred.
