About
Independent Researcher · Coach · Consultant | SIM — Structured Improvement Movement
I work at the exact intersection of lived experience and rigorous academic inquiry. As a Consciousness, Trauma, and Neurodiversity Coach. Furthermore, as someone who is navigating life as a diagnosed neurodivergent individual myself, I know firsthand what it means to move through a world that simply was not built for how your mind processes data. For me, that understanding is not a footnote to my practice. It is the very foundation of it.
I founded SIM (Structured Improvement Movement) on a straightforward conviction: the individuals who have been most failed by existing systems deserve the most carefully designed support. Because of this, every coaching programme I offer is high-touch, completely tailored, and anchored in a framework that respects your neurology, your history, and your specific goals. To maintain this level of dedication, I only take on a maximum of four clients at any given time. This is a structural commitment to depth over volume.
Alongside my coaching, I operate as an active independent researcher. My current work focuses on adult neurodevelopmental trait mapping, which directly informs the proprietary assessment frameworks used within SIM. I hold an MA in Childhood and Early Years with Distinction from Leeds Beckett University, and my research identity is formally registered with ORCID.
